Money
How much will I spend per month?
The smallest plan is ¥49 a month, and that's it, no hidden fees. Hitting the cap only pauses usage; it never costs extra.
Does it auto-renew?
Nothing is ever taken from WeChat or Alipay. Only balance you added yourself is used to renew, and you can turn that off under Billing in the console.
What if I run out?
The 5-hour allowance refills automatically. If a whole month isn't enough, upgrade and pay the prorated difference.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, request one under Billing in the console.
Account
Can my family share my account?
An account is for you only (the terms say so, and sharing can get it suspended). Family members can use their own email and walk through this page.
New phone or computer?
Open the site and sign in with the same email. Everything is still there.
Is my account linked to ChatGPT or other apps?
No. We're an independent service; here you only need our account.
Safety
Do you read my chats?
No. By default we don't store conversation content, don't train on it, don't sell it, and staff have no access. These are written into the terms.
Will you leak my phone number?
We never ask for your phone number. Only an email.
Someone claiming to be support asked for my code
Don't give it. Our support will never ask for your sign-in code or your key.
Using it
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Chat and draw from any phone browser. Coding needs a computer.
Can I show it a picture?
Yes. On the console chat page, press “Attach” next to the input, choose “Image”, and ask “What's in this picture?”
Can it do my homework?
It can explain and check your work, but copying answers teaches you nothing, and teachers can tell.
Is a real person replying?
No, it's a computer program. So it never gets tired: ask at 3 a.m. and it answers right away.

- AI
- A computer program that understands what you write and helps you write or draw.
- Model
- The AI's “brain”. Different companies built different brains; some code better, some chat better. We pick for you.
- Chat / conversation
- You say something, AI replies. Just like texting.
- Prompt
- What you send to the AI. The clearer, the better the result.
- Plan
- A monthly usage bundle, like a phone plan.
- CU
- Our unit of usage, like kWh for electricity. You don't need to count; each card says roughly how many tokens you get per month.
- 5-hour window
- The usage cap per 5 hours. Hit it, take a break, and it refills by itself.
- Console
- Your account area after signing in: chat, draw, see bills.
- Key / API key
- A key to your account, starting with ap_live_. Only needed to plug AI into other software. Don't share it.
- auto
- Means “automatic”: we pick a suitable model based on how hard the question is.
