Plans and pricing

Work out what you need first, then pick a plan

The plans differ in exactly one thing: quota. There is no cut-down edition — Prism routing, failover, every model, full usage detail, all of it ships on every plan.

Which plan should I pick

Two questions, one recommendation with headroom built in, and the arithmetic shown in full. Getting it wrong costs nothing — change plans any time and the difference is prorated by day.

Roughly how long do you use it each day?
What are you mostly doing?
We'd suggestPro

At that usage, Pro leaves you roughly 63% headroom.

The arithmetic

About 79,200 CU of work a month, amplified 2.2× by Prism, so roughly 35,228 CU actually consumed.

This is an estimate from typical intensity, not a promise. Real consumption varies — the console shows what you actually used each period, and moving up or down is self-service, pro-rated by the day.

Three notes. **"Support response" means email** — support@agiplan.dev. We have no ticketing system, and those hour figures are response targets we set ourselves, not a claimable SLA: they are not part of the Service Commitments, so missing one triggers no refund. **"Priority routing" is not built yet**, which is why it reads Planned rather than ✓. **Uptime credits apply to all four tiers** — the Availability Commitment says "all paid subscriptions", and credits are issued automatically to every subscription without a claim. It is not a high-tier perk; do not let this table talk you out of claiming it.

When the quota runs out

Three routes. The first two cost nothing extra.

Cheapest

Move to a lower-cost capability tier

The console tells you how much longer each tier buys you. Everyday coding on Balanced and bulk work on Domestic is usually enough.

The lasting fix

Move up a plan

The difference is prorated over the remaining days and takes effect immediately. Five days left means you pay for five days, not another full month.

Pay-as-you-go

Keep going from your balance

Once quota is used up, requests draw from your balance at ¥1 = 500 CU, with the same per-model rates as your plan (roughly 3× our cost, where cost is upstream list price × channel multiplier × our purchase rate — every route is visible in the admin). Off by default; enabling it requires a monthly ceiling, and each key can opt out on its own.

What won't happen

No automatic upgrades, no silent charges

We will not move you to a pricier plan without your say-so, and we will not touch your balance unless you turned pay-as-you-go on. Running out means rate limiting, plus a note about when it resets.

Payment and invoicing

No credit card, no currency exchange, no approval queue.

Payment

Billed in CNY

Common online payment methods plus bank transfer. Enterprise purchasing can run on an annual master agreement with prepayment.

Invoicing

VAT invoices available

Issued against actual spend, requested self-service in the console, with reusable saved details. This is the answer to "can I expense it".

Cycle

The billing month is anchored to your signup date

Not the calendar month. Subscribing on the 29th doesn't leave you with two days of quota — that's the single most common source of bad reviews and we designed around it.

Price changes

Terms already sold never move

Plan versions are immutable. A price change applies to new subscriptions only; the quota and multipliers you bought stay fixed for your whole period.

Refund rules live here, not in a support script

Self-service in the console. No ticket, no reason required, no retention pop-up.

  1. 01

Full refund within 7 days of a first subscription, under 10% used

Once per account, one click in the console, returned by the original payment route.

  2. 02

Otherwise refunded pro rata by remaining days

Refund = amount paid × (days remaining / days in period). Annual plans included. Cancellation takes effect immediately and remaining quota lapses with it.

  3. 03

If it's our fault, full refund, no conditions

Breaking any Service Commitment, monthly uptime below SLA, unilaterally reducing quota terms you already bought, or us shutting down — any of these entitle you to a full refund.

  4. 04

Billing errors are refunded and compensated

If you think a charge is wrong, send us the trace ID. Where it's genuinely our billing error we refund it in full and add matching bonus balance on top.

Refund policy

About the price, you might ask

Why aren't you the cheapest?

Because we're not trying to be. That effort goes into multi-provider redundancy, failover, a status page driven by real probes, and usage records you can actually reconcile — all of which cost money. If the absolute lowest price is what you want, someone out there is cheaper, and we don't think we need to convince everyone.

How much does annual save? Is it worth locking in?

Annual is 20% off — two months free. But we wouldn't start there. Run a month or two monthly first and confirm this actually suits your workflow. Monthly is also the default; we don't pre-tick the annual box.

How is a mid-period plan change billed?

The difference is prorated over the remaining days and takes effect immediately. Upgrades charge the difference, downgrades refund it — neither waits for the next cycle.

Would several accounts be cheaper?

No, and sharing accounts breaks the terms of service. If you genuinely have multiple people, a team plan is cheaper at the same volume and gets you one invoice, per-department quotas and cost attribution.

Does unused quota carry over?

No. Unused quota within a period doesn't roll over or convert to credit — that's how subscriptions work. But you can cancel any time and get the unused portion back as money, so what you don't spend doesn't become our revenue.

Is Prism's multiplier baked into the advertised quota?

No. The quota is real CU. Prism makes the same CU do more work; it doesn't inflate the number. We don't advertise multiplied quota figures.

Not sure? Start small

Change plans whenever, prorated by day. Full refund within 7 days if you've used under 10%, self-service in the console.
